Ionuț is a strategy advisor and former executive with 20+ years of experience across top-tier consulting, corporate leadership, and public-private impact initiatives. He founded Nimble Minds Advisory as a boutique consulting firm designed to offer high-touch, pragmatic, and insight-driven support to leadership teams navigating complexity and transformation.

With a background that blends rigorous problem-solving (from his early years in management consulting) with hands-on executive execution (as a C-level leader and Board Member in energy, telecom, and nonprofit sectors), Ionuț brings a rare dual perspective to his clients' challenges. He has advised corporate boards, led national-scale transformation programs, and shaped strategy for companies across sectors like utilities, banking, retail, and mission-driven ventures.
